I agree with you on most of this one point sticks out to me. You say "While Republican leaders follow Robert’s Rules of Order" They do not. In the opening of every meeting held by county and state party leadership they well say "We do not fallow Robert's Rules here the rules of the Republican Party of the State of New Mexico is the rule of the gavel. The ruling of the chair stands and no debate shall be allowed." I dearly wish that we did fallow Robert's Rules and allow debate, but that is not allowed under the current state party rules. The state party leadership tells us the members the position and ruling and we are held to fallow them.
