NM is overwhelmingly Democrat. My Hispanic friends, when I ask them why they vote Democrat say ' I vote Democrat because My parents and grand parents vote Democrat and I vote Democrat to keep peace in the house'; soooooo NM will keep heading left at an appalling rate because few will vote against the Democrat juggernaut. Democrats have controlled the legislature, and most times the governorship, in this state for approximately 100 out of 111 years. I expect Santa Fe, or more likely Albuquerque, to become San Francisco East. We are exiting Novo California as 2nd amendment refugees fleeing an increasingly socialist state government that doesn't give a damn about the welfare of the actual working class. Their constituents are the the wealthy, the welfare class, criminals, and non-citizens. The governor and legislature do as demanded by the national Democrat party and politicians in Washington D.C. I fully expect for NM to be as bad if not worse than Cali in less than 10 years given the current drift of the state government.
So we are getting out of Novo Cali A.S.A.P. - Better a year too soon, than a week too late
