This Day Our Savior Was Born

As a child, I never stepped foot in a church (except for the occasional wedding). To me, December 25 began with the unwrapping of presents that Santa Claus delivered and ended with dinner with our grandmother.

In my twenties, I began to believe, in the sense of a dimmer slowly turning the light on. First, there is a God. Second, a loving God that sent his Son to us. Third, God loves all the people of this world. Fourth, God loves me too.

This Day Our Savior was Born.
